​HOLISTIC 

I always take a holistic approach to supporting value creation in service organisations

This means understanding the context of any situation in terms of both external factors and internal factors:
  • The market and competitors;
  • Leadership, people, other resources, systems & processes,  competencies, other stakeholders, culture​ and their practical impact on historic, current and forecast performance.

It  is founded on possession of a robust understanding of the key inter-relationships between clients & customers, employees & service operations, the providers of capital, any regulators involved with the organisation, and the competitive environment,  summarised in the SerVAL model.
