I provide interim, project and part time executive and non-executive services to a broad range of service organisations in the private, public and third sectors.

I typically hold roles as Chair, NED, Chief Executive, COO, or special projects executive.


I also offer consulting and training services to selected clients. Usually these cover leadership, governance, risk, performance improvement, change management and service development.

Executive and Non-Executive roles

Service organisations typically engage me in an executive or non-executive capacity when they are looking to
  • support, deepen, broaden, change, and generally strengthen their Executive or Non-Executive leadership team
  • Enhance governance
  • Review, develop, and execute strategy
  • Undertaking significant change- such as business unit start ups,  M&A activities, restructuring, outsourcing or insourcing

I am normally asked to undertake analysis and provide advice when organisations are looking to gain a better understanding of

  • The issues surrounding a strategic transaction- eg a potential merger partner.

Training and coaching

I provide service improvement training and coaching, based around the SerVAL model, to organisations of all sizes and types. 

I also provide  general management training  covering leadership, strategy, change, finance, service operations, and strategic account management for SMEs and professional service firms, to assist the development of leadership & management capabilities.
